What is a Repaint Token, and when is one used?
One Repaint Token is charged when a repaint is generated and made available in your Paint Pics account. No token is charged if Paint Pics does not return a repaint. If Paint Pics rejects an attempt and automatically retries it, the retry does not use another token.
How accurate are the colors shown in Paint Pics?
On-screen and generated colors are approximations. Screens, lighting, photos, materials, and surrounding finishes can all change how a color looks. Confirm your choice with a physical paint or stain sample.
What should I do if a repaint colors the wrong surface?
Email support with the project name or ID, the surface you asked Paint Pics to paint, and a description of what you expected and what happened. The automated check may not catch every issue, so those details help us investigate. We will ask for an image if one is needed.
Are my uploads and projects private?
Your uploads, projects, and generated images are private to your account and are not made public by Paint Pics. Relevant content may be securely processed by service providers to deliver the features you request. Anything you intentionally download or share is then under your control.
How do Paint Pics gift cards work?
After payment is confirmed, the gift card is emailed immediately or on the date you choose. The gift code, not the delivery email address, controls who can use it. It can be redeemed once into any signed-in Paint Pics account, so keep it private. Gift cards do not expire or have maintenance fees. If the email does not arrive, the purchaser can resend it from My Account.
What happens when I delete my account?
Your account, private Paint Pics content, and unused Repaint Tokens are permanently removed from the active service. Gift cards you purchased remain available to their recipients. Limited payment, security, backup, or legal records may remain where reasonably necessary.

Tell us what you were doing, what happened, and which device and browser you used. For a repaint issue, include the project name or ID, the surface you selected, and what you expected. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or gift-card codes. We will ask for an image if one is needed.
