Straightforward policies for using Paint Pics.

Paint Pics collects the information needed to run your account and provide the features you choose to use. This may include your name, email address, account settings, uploaded photos, projects, saved colors, palettes, repaint images, brochures, and Color Match results.

We may collect your IP address, browser or device information, and technical logs needed to keep Paint Pics secure and working.

Your uploads, projects, and generated images stay private to your account and are not made public by Paint Pics. When you use an AI feature, Paint Pics sends the photo, prompt, selected surfaces, colors, or other content needed for that request to Google or OpenAI so the feature can produce the result you requested. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use or do not want processed for that purpose. Anything you intentionally download or share is then under your control.

We use service providers for account storage, AI features, payments, email, hosting, and error monitoring. This includes Supabase, Google, OpenAI, and Stripe. Some information may be processed outside Canada, where local laws apply. Paint Pics does not receive or store your full payment-card number.

We use account and technical information to provide and secure the service, process purchases, respond to support requests, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information or use your private content for advertising.

Paint Pics uses private storage, access controls, encrypted connections, and limited administrative access to protect your information. No online service can guarantee complete security.

Account content is kept while your account remains active. You can delete your account from My Account. This permanently removes your account, associated private content, and unused Repaint Tokens from the active service. Gift cards you purchased remain available to their recipients. Limited payment, security, error-monitoring, backup, or legal records may remain only as needed for transactions, security, accounting, or legal obligations and are removed or anonymized in the normal course.

By creating an account or using Paint Pics, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Repaint Token Terms below.

You may use Paint Pics for lawful personal or business color-planning work. Keep your sign-in details secure and do not upload content you do not have permission to use.

Paint Pics is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the service with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Any purchase must be made with the payment method owner's permission.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You give Rockbank Digital a limited permission to host, copy, transmit to service providers, process, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the Paint Pics features you request.

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate another person's rights. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect Paint Pics, its users, or service providers. Contact Support if you believe your access was restricted by mistake.

Paint Pics may change its features or policies or experience interruptions. We will update the effective date and provide notice of significant policy changes when practical. To the extent permitted by law, Paint Pics does not guarantee that every result will be error-free or suitable for a particular project.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without limiting consumer rights that cannot legally be waived where you live.

Repaint Tokens are pay-as-you-go and do not require a subscription. Prices shown as US$ use United States dollars. Stripe may offer a local-currency price. Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. The currency and final amount shown at checkout are the amount you authorize.

Repaint Token packs and gift cards are final sale once payment is completed, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This does not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Contact Support if payment was completed but the purchased Repaint Tokens or gift card were not delivered.

One Repaint Token is charged when a repaint is generated and made available in your Paint Pics account. No token is charged if Paint Pics does not return a repaint. If Paint Pics rejects an attempt and automatically retries it, the retry does not use another token. Paint Pics runs an automated quality check before delivery, but the check may not detect every issue and does not guarantee a perfect or exact result.

Generated repaints are visual planning aids and may vary in surface boundaries, edges, texture, shadows, lighting, objects, and apparent color. Contact Support if a repaint colors a clearly different surface from the one you selected so we can review what happened.

Purchased Repaint Tokens do not expire because of inactivity while your account is active. Deleting your account permanently removes unused Repaint Tokens after you confirm the deletion warning.

If Paint Pics closes the paid repaint service, we will explain how unused purchased Repaint Tokens and unredeemed gift cards will be handled, subject to applicable law.

A Paint Pics gift card can be redeemed only for the Repaint Tokens shown on the card. It is controlled by its gift code, not the delivery email address. Anyone with the code can redeem it once into a signed-in Paint Pics account, so keep it private. Gift cards do not expire, have no maintenance fees, and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law. If the delivery email does not arrive, the purchaser can resend it from My Account. Once redeemed, the Repaint Tokens cannot be moved to another account.
